Adding HTML to every page (not just the main page)

Hey guys, I have a forum in which I use a countdown timer. I've set it up in the main page and works flawlessly... However, I want the same timer to be visible throughout the entire forum, no matter what page you're in.
I'm using Invision by the way.
I've looked around in the CSS, but I don't know if I can add my javascript (borrowed, not mine really) to the part that says "Logged in as: User1", which is visible in every page?

can i ask does your countdown timer work for people in differnet time zones to give exact countdown time for the time you set it for you to appear for them
