How to show user groups

I have a few groups on my forum. Can we make them show up on people's profile page? If so, how do you do that? I don't want to use colours and show what people belong to what group, how else can I share with my members what group people are in?

There is no automated way of this.
Just add it as a personalised profile and set the perms of who can change it to admin.
