ADD A POOL

CAN someone please tell me how to add a pool on the board but in the homepage?which code should i use?

Admin panel >> modules >> portal structure >>
"Addition of existing modules" >> choose "polls" in the list and
choose the location where you wish it to be > add the module

No men im asking for a poll on the index not on the portal..do u know a good code?
