How do I make a topic to alway stay on top of the forum?

How do I make a topic to alway stay on top of the forum? So that new topics doesn't make it move down.

I need help with this too... At the moment I have mine set to show the oldest discussions at the top, but I'm pretty sure that's not the way to do it o.o
