changing versions
Hi,
I hope that I am posting this in the right place.
When I put together the forum, I didn't have a clue what I was doing. I made the version - invision. The board is really active now, and I don't want to mess a thing up, but now see that I seem to have more options on phpbb3 or 2 - not sure which, but they seem to look 'cleaner', and I can get to the html.
When, I went to try changing versions, I get a message saying that I will lose the format of the skin I created? I am afraid to try it -
Do you think it a good idea to change versions? Can I do it, and keep the skin I am using - the way I have it looking now - pretty much? Can I try it and then go back to the invision board as it is now - if I don't like the other versions?
Thank you for giving me a bit of a hand here.
Best,
Felicity

If u click yes u will lose everything..CSS, and all the icons (:
its a good idea to save your CSS in a file in your PC and save the banner, forums icons, post buttons links too (:
