Adding Bracketed Comment in Forum Titles

I would like to add a bracketed comment in certain forum titles. I have searched the FAQ but can't find anything. Perhaps I am stating it in different terms.

As an example of what I would like to accomplish, when someone creates a new poll I would like to have [ POLL ] automatically inserted in the title text before:

[ Poll ] Who is the best blah blah blah?

My apologies if this has been answered before. I did try to find it.

Its not possible to add it in the topic title.. but u can see it in the left to the topic title xD
