Solved Change 'Spoiler' to a different word

I want to change the text of the spoiler code from "Spoiler" to "Click Here to read". How can I do this? I'm using phpBB3.

As much as I know, you can do that if you use the following code:

[spoiler=The name you want to show]content[/spoiler]
For example:
Click here to read:
content
