Forum widgets
Hey, I just put in a forum widget (chat).
Is it possible to make it only view able on forum index? (not portal)
and like when you enter threads/forums it disappears.
if thats possible, I'll appreciate if you can tell me how to do it

Yes, just make it so it only shows on the forum...modules // Portal & widgets // Portal management // Structure and remove it from the showing widgets

Re: Forum widgets
go to ACP>modules>portal widgets management( you will see a table layout of your portal widgets) >click the red X associated with that widget(chatbox).

Re: Forum widgets
Hi,
I must admit, this tread got a smile out of me
When you go to Admin panel >>Modules > Chatbox/config, change the display location to the index (top or bottom), and it should only display there

Re: Forum widgets
Thought you'd ask that
As far as I'm totally sure, it's not possible, but I don't have the JavaScript & CSS knowledge to totally confirm that.
If you had PunBB or PHPBB2, we could do it without a problem.
