Remove adds from my forum

Hi all not sure if ive posted in the correct place, sorry in advance if i havnt.

My problem is that advertisments have just appeared on my forum, and the option to hide it in the admin panel seems to have dissapeared too. Iam really quite upset at this as it makes my site look tacky and members of my site have also mentioned to me that some of them think iam making extra revenue from google adsense, which iam trying to asure them iam not.

Can anyone please help with this problem? The main reason i chose forumotion for my forum was that i could turn the adds off.
