How to add : Minimum Characters Per Post

Hi everyone,

I've just create a free forum of forumotion, and I don't know how to add the rule that any post/ messafe must be at least 30 characters long ( just to limit spam post ). Please help me! Thanks a lot.

Thanks for help, but this is used for Topic Title Length, is there somewhere for post message mininum length ?
