my vote popup

guys i got a vote popup and it finaly works but theirs 1 problem is you click on: Click here if you dont wish to vote u get a wierd page and than its going to portal.. this is the page: http://www.project-ecko.org/Vote-PopUp-h4.htm

Can you guys help me with a code thats its automaticly going to www.project-ecko.org if you click on: click here if you dont wish the vote...
