new massage / post

any body help me to make like this forum if there is some new post, it will make the new massage image blinking in the main of forum. please..

You don't have to do anything to make it do that. If the proper images are already added which it should be, there should not be a problem.

yes but like this forum, there is some image blinking in the below of forum title.... not in the image/icon forum area.

You can add the image from
ACP - Display - Pics - Advanced mode - New Private Messages : LINK.

And make the icon blink with a graphic program
save it as .gif (:
