People making skins? Empty People making skins?

Is there a way for me to find someone to make me a custom skin? I have no computer skills whatsoever with CSS. There probably isn't but I was just wondering. Cause I tried to customize a premade skin and just messed everything up.

Requesting skins isn't possible on the ESF, people who pass their skins on histkins voluntarily make them Wink
