tool bar buttons not showing in post edit box

Tool bar buttons are not showing in post edit box. Whether it's a new topic or a reply, same thing. Any ideas?

did you add them yet? if not go to AP>Display>Pic Manage>Advanced mode>Topic Icons.

I've had this forum for six months. They just disappeared.

Totally weird.

I was using this code. It was in the Site Description. It changes a nav bar text link to 'another name'.

Code:

I changed the link to href=/portal and my post edit buttons returned! I have no idea what they have in common, but it's a repeatable problem.

I guess it's somehow related to the URL changes that were made recently.
