Edit Hover Code

OK, so I have a question about hover for once more

I've made some hover buttons as y can see below:



As you can see what I was thinking when making the buttons is that he default pic would be the one on the left and the pic with the hover effect would be the one on the right.
To sum up, what I want is the hover css code edited in a way that I can use it with this without having to make it in the shape f a double button...
