ICON LANGUANGE CHANGED

anybody help me please....
i hve problem with my icon language, that have been changed from english to french i guess Shocked

and i have tried to change it in languange option, but the icon still not in english Sad

thank for replaying.
like here i see icon for post new topic, quote, edit etc... in english lang, but in my forum that icon shown in french i think, how to change that icon? do i have to change all icon url ?
