How To Do I Set Up Moderators In A Moderators Group

Greetings;

I want to set up moderators in a moderators group. And I am not sure how to go about doing this. Both options setting up moderators. And setting up moderators group.
Also in the future I want to set up an events manager, would the set up for that be similar?

Please provide step by step instructions, or if you know of where the step by step instructions are, please provide the URL.

You are welcome. You will be able to set up an Events Manager using the same instructions. It becomes easier the more often you do these procedures.
