I am wanting to add html for bacs and header but the only thing I see is the bacs and the code.

Is there a special code for this?
If so can someone please share it?

I want to add like a welcome message to this.

Sorry didn't mean to confuse you. I want to make like a homepage with backgrounds and header and some info about the group. I know what I'm wanting just not sure how to explain it.
