Solved Admin with lost password

I am the founder/creator of a forum but I have lost my password. I have tried resetting it by clicking "I Forgot My Password" but a messages says that "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security". So I don't understand how I can retrieve my old password or reset a new one. Please help!

Click on the link in my signature saying Lost Password to get a new one.
