I use this myself, I created it myself, and yeah, it's made with GIMP (2.6).

Take it free but if someone ask you, do not say it's "yours" in the way your created it.

I'm pretty old with graphic design (about 4 months) so, that's one of the results of my training.

I don't know. If the forum is blue, it would look good.

It's too big for an avatar but nice lightning effect..

You should move towards a better alternative of Photoshop. Even CS3 or 4 will do you. What you made here is also what is in your avatar. In order for graphics to be unique, never use them otherwise in a proposal.

You should start using photoshop , it has way more options and you will be able to make better works . I don't wanna be rude , but I don't like it .
