Forum And Catagory Proplem Empty Forum And Catagory Proplem

Hi
im the owner of gamefreaks.fullboards.com and im trying to put in my forums and catagorys the proplem is ive got a catagory called Xbox and in that catagory ive got xbox 360 and xbox.like this

but on my forum it comes up with
https://servimg.com/view/11699082/2
please help me sort it out so it says all the catagories
