Single Category image missing

I am having a problem similar to another topic but i didnt wish to hijack it when it may be a different solution. On my forum there is only a missing image for one bar only. I have tried replacing/deleting every section but no matter what i do, this single bar always remains the same.

Check in the css.

Better option would be to just install a new skin from hitskin.com

I tried installing a skin from hitskins, and it had the exact same problem.

Which skin did you install? Try a few skins & check.
