Moderator editing Character Sheet

Is there a way to allow moderators to edit character sheets? Or, better yet, to allow a group (not necessarily moderators) to edit character sheets?

Basically I just want a certain group (maybe moderators) to be allowed to see the "modify" button that administrators (me) see when they go to another user's character sheet page, without having the "modifiable by a member" check box selected in the preferences.

I am using phpBB2/phpBB3

Umm i don't think you can do sorry only admins can see that part i think your find.
