Some Buttons - Shows in my forum

Hi Friends,

Now I am preparing one free forum site with tamil script. I can't find the " Send a post report " Button. How I can insert in my forum. I am using Phbpp 3 version.

Kindly help me.

Admin Panel > Display > Pictures management > Advanced mode > Button > Send a post report

Once you add the image it will show.
