I've lost admin access, since forum was restored

Basically, I run this baseball league - http://fullcount.forumotion.com/ - and since we had to restore the site a few weeks ago, as it was hacked, and deleted, I've lost admin accesss. The person that restored the site is no longer active, and is no longer associated with the forum. Basically he needs to be removed as an administrator, and I need to be added again.

The forum founder logged in just to delete/undelete. My admin account access is lost. I can't get the forum founder to respond to a request to re-add me. Because they stopped in to undelete, of whatever happend, they haven't been gone for 6 months... even though they haven't posted on the forum in 10+ months. Can't forumotion see, in some logs, that I used to be an admin? I would hate to migrate my forum over this issue, but it's too much to run a forum with no admin access. I don't even understand why my admin access was revoked.

I can't really understand the situation, what do you mean by the founder stopped to undelete/delete? If the founder is still active and don't want to transfer his founder account to others, then you can't just grab the account.

Basically, what he's saying is that the founder only came on to restore the forum and then left. When the founder logged on, that voided the "6 months absent rule" in which the founder must be absent for at least 6 months in order to change the founder. This member has lost his administration powers and has no way of getting them back.

Are there any other administrators on the forum that could help you out? If not, then I think the only suitable, despite it being impractical, is to wait 6 months to re-validate the "6 month absent rule". However, that is only my personal suggestion - if there is something else that can be done, then please correct me. Wink

Bingo what Base is saying, is correct. Unless Forumotion helps me, I have no option, other than to migrate off this forum.

So, is the position of forumotion that they wish to lose an active forum? or will they look into the fact that I was the admin of the forum up until the undelete?

I will take my entire forum off here, unless someone restores my admin access.
