Yes. http://pokemononline-pl.forumpl.net/ Forum is not active, and has quite a useful name. I noticed that some forums
are removed because of zero activity, which is why I write about it. Also, I would assume so because the forum with that name, it would be possible to remove this forum?

If you want to use it you should try contacting one of the admins/global moderators from here. They could delete the forum, I guess.

Typlo won't delete a forum unless the founder of that forum requests it or the founder deletes that forum.

Forum www.4fight.forumotion.com was mine, but after a few days and did not go to a new administrator here. Apparently Typlo said that the forum was not active and I am not even asking them removed.

A forum isn't going to be deleted because you want it. You will need to make another forum or wait till someone removes it.
