Let Only Certain People View Topics

How do I make it so that only people with a certain number of posts can view a certain profile? For example, so that only people with 25+ posts can read certain topics/sections that people >25 posts can't read? I think I've read this is the FAQ before, I just haven't been able to find the topic again... any help?

Just make a new usergroup and in the part where it says Group Auto Subscribe put yes and put 25 posts
After that, go to that certain section, and in Permissions, set the value that only that group (25+) can see that section.
