Media player problems

I have installed another media player and it has 'start & 'stop' buttons on it, but the stop button doesn't work. Do I need to put something else in my script to activate it?
This is the script I have :

Thanks Typlo, but it didn't help. That gives me a player that plays constantly...which I don't want! The user needs to be able to turn it off.....
Just can't find the answer. Have even been to other web building help forums but nothing!
