Wix Loading Page Empty Wix Loading Page

How can I get a Wix loading page before members/guests are actually taken to my forums portal? I have seen this done before and they pulled it of amazingly. I would love to be able to this but I am guessing it would take allot of coding and hard work? Any advice/help would be appriciated Smile
