Problem with servimg

hi,
i think there Problem with servimg, i can not upload the images, and i get this error
Unable to create directories : /home/servimg/u/f78/15/68/97/15/
what happened ?

I have the same problem today. This is how it looks for me.

I was trying to change the banner on my forum and for me it also show the email from the previous admin. Even if I logged in as two different persons with different log ins.
