Banners, again :( HELP PLEASE

Hello!
Is there any way to make a box here with sponsor banners




Also if any1 knows how to make a sponsor banner (4 in 1)
when ever you refresh page, picture changed and also a link from picture (sponsor banners)
Ill post screenshot tomorrow!

I can help you with putting the code there. but you will need the script to changing banners every time the page refreshs

doh sorry i should have said a bit more about it

i would like to have many banners in one place and rotate them at a set time limit

so eg:-

you log on

see the top banner
read it and by the time you have finished looking at it that banner is rotated ( replaced ) ect with a new banner that way maximizing profits for sponsorship
