How to transfer the forum i made to other person.

hello all, i have made a forum for a friend guild on a game.
For several reasons in the content of the forum i dont want this forum to b registered under my mail anymore. But same time i dont want just to delete the forum coz i know they use it. How could i transfer the complete forum to other person and get my mail address free of the forum ownership?
