change Home button

I want the 'Home' button link to take people to the forum(/index) at the moment it goes to /portal.

I haven't setup the portal page yet. Can I modify the 'Home' button link?

scroll down to Nav links and click to modify desired button. change the url to go to /forum

I've already tried this and it doesn't work. The only information that can be modified is the picture. The text and redirection URL are faded out and cannot be changed.

I'm trying to re-direct the URL of the 'Home' button to the forum index.

The site address already takes me directly to the forum index, the problem is the 'home' button takes visitors to /portal. which doesn't exist (yet). I want it to take them back to /index.

Ok maybe another option for you would be to go to Admin CP/Display/Pictures and Colors/Pics management/Advanced Mode/general-explore

then scroll down to your portal button image and copy it's url

now go to admin CP/Display/Headers & Navigation sroll down to bottom of your Nav links and click on add a customized menu then fill it out

once that's done and saved you can then position it in your nav bar by using the up and down arrows in the Nav links list.

also it's my understanding that if you don't have portal active then it shouldn't show up on nav bar, check in it's settings to see if it's selected as activated. you could also delete the portal button image from where you got the url to prevent it from showing. hope this helps
