How Do You Allow Users To Add Friends In Your Forum?

How do you allow members of your forum to add other members as friends?

For example, in this Forumotion Help Forum - When you visit another member's profile you can see two links, 'add to friends list' and 'add to foes list', above their avatar. Why isn't that visable in my own forum, and how can I allow it?

Go into your admin panel > Users & groups > User Options > user settings > Allow friends/foes management : check the yes button.
