Hi, your title not related to your question and not facilitating research via the search option, I'm not answering (nor is any other member) until you change your title for an explicit one, related to your problem
Why we ask for explicit titles

The forum's search engine bases its research on keywords found in topic titles.

When you do a research, do you use "help", "urgent", "problem", "SOS" or "question" as keywords to look for topics about your problem/question?
Certainly not! So this is why it is important to use titles related to your problem/question. Doing this makes the researches much easier for visitors who use the search engine to get an answer to their question.

Change your title related to your question.

What do you mean how to add staff? What exactly are you asking? It can be interpreted in different ways about how to add staff. There are:
•Usergroups (moderators, admin, etc.)
•Posting a message saying somebody is a staff
•Giving a member appropriate permissions for what you declare staff
•Giving a usergroup appropriate permissions for what you declare staff

Our Administrator has died and we would still like to continue with our forum the way it is. I was an assistant at one time and would be willing to take over and would get some one to come on with me if I can. We are just a small group of older quilters and have become like sisters. Could you please advise me as to what we can do. I can give you her name and the name she went by on the forum and her past address if it would help. This is all new to me, but we sure don't want to lose our forum, some of them on there are alone and have no one else, first forum they have ever been on and would be so lost.
