RPG into Reputation

Is it possible I can turn the RPG into a Reputation system.
and how I want this set up is if someone makes a good post like a Q & A thread for a game of some sort then the person can click an icon by there post and rep them.and if they have a certain number of Rep they can have 2 bars of rep...

example...
you start with 1 bar

then after 25 rep points you get 2 bars...

under there name is a bar and at the bottom left corner there is a green mushroom that you click to rep people after a few points you get 2 bars.
People at my site are asking me if I could add this.
So can anyone tell me if this is possible and if is then can I get a guide of how to do it?

Is it only for Vbulletin. You can't make the Reputation here. Only for Vbulletin.

you can do it,
but it takes a little setting up
and then only MOD's can add points / rep not all members ,
(unless you warn members NOT to do so or get BANNED)

because some people could add 100 points / rep at a time otherwise.
i have set it up on my forum,
when you start you have 0 out of 1000 points

when i (or someone) think's you deserve a point i modify your points and so on.
untill you reach 1000 then you can either re-set it or go onto 10,000 etc

it will show up as a blue BAR (empty) at first then fill up gradually.

Well , but you have to edit it by yourself , is annoying.
