Yous can ask the admin of that forum for the code he used for it or just construct a code for it and place it on:
Admin Panel -> Display -> Generalities -> Homepage Message -> Paste the code there & Save

where the code i dont have code?

We have no such feature, you have to add it on your homepage message with codes to display that message.

HTML code, you can search on google for some.. or simply ask the admin of that forum for that code.

It's not in his homepage message it;s in a forums description.

I have no idea what it is they are using, if you know the name of the thing then just google it and you can probably find the code or how to create it,

But it seems to be something that keeps tracks and updates for whats selected, so it's some sort of script/code you have to find for what ever it is?

We don't add people to Facebook, MSN etc. If you don't know where you want something, its hard for us to help.

The code is in a forums description.. but you can put somewhere else if you wanted to.

click a forum to where you would want it,place the code in the description box and hit save
