Move it Down

Can the move the entire thign down becuase on my background has the title

so i was wondeirng if i could move everythign down a bit so it's nto covered

You can play with the number but this is about right.

But you'll also have to fix the picture in photoshop because ther's navigation on it, it wont look good.
