RSS Feed Not Updating

Hello

Does anyone have any idea how to get my RSS feed to update in a timely manner?

Currently its not updated for 40 minutes and counting - and this isn't unusual

I have a tool that uses it, so obviously really need it to update properly.

I've resynced the forum and that hasn't changed

Similarly change the url & the number 43 with the respective forum number on your forum.

Is that feed slow to update or just the other thing?

Thanks, that is already 20 minutes behind...maybe I am over optimistic on its refresh rate!?
How often should it be refreshing?

I think its actually working fine on the link you gave me .. I was comparing it to the recent posts widget but that includes restricted forums on it - so of course the RSS doesn't send out from those forums and thats what had been posted that wasn't showing DOH silly me!

I have checked this morning and using your feed is working perfectly!
