That because IE is a crappy browser. If you have the lastest version it should be fine. IE8 or IE9

lol, no..i got i.e. 9 and my friend got I.E. 8, anyway,
i can fix this on my own..hahaha, css trouble-shooting,
im a way too lazy, so i tried it here...
