The person is just saying that they want the forumotion theme displayed on that forum. They obviously don't understand, or aren't very tech-savvy. Or both. This probably shouldn't be here, but no need to go crazy either.

Yeah. I guess i shouldn't go crazy. It just seemed Spammy to me because it did not have a description and was in the wrong forum.

P.S. On a forum i am a administrator on, You get spam points for saying "LOL"

I think it's a custom theme that someone made. And if they didn't post it on HitSkin you can't get it. I am sorry.
