well , I want to posts my forum URL in the Forumotion forum ( that where you can show your forum URL ) I can't posts it. Do I need to get permission.?

I'm not too sure what exactly you mean. I think you mean that you want to see if it is ok to put a link of your forums in the "forums of the forums"?

If that is so, I think you can in the "forum promotion (forumotions only)" thread in the apprioprate sub forums.

I think I have got it, you will have to post information about your forums in this thread Forum Presentation Proposals and if one of the admin/mods approve of it, the post will then be put in it's apprioprate sub forums. Every one will then be able to post replies regarding your forums in said thread, but not make new topics. (to keep the forums tidy)
