Hackers

Hi
I have a problem, some hacker/s are taking over so many of my members on my forum. ]:
Slowly they are logging onto their accounts, changing their passwords, going around the forum, posting unkind things.
Is there anything I can do?
The hacker has no IP, and I don't know what to do.. D:

Immediately change your password, clear your cookies and etc.
change a random password on your hacked members, pm them the password.
