Solved Colour Problem

I have changed the couler of my text and the coulor of my backgrounds can someone please tell me how to change it to the default coulors. Thanks BJC.

Hi, as far as I know, I don't think you can change it to the default colours unless you know what colours they were in the first place. Is there a specific colour you wish to change?
