Domain Names Empty Domain Names

I have used my points to purchase a domain name , and it says it will be around five days before it effective ? ' why is this ' I can purchase a domain myself and have it running in around 48hours !

Usually it doesn't take more than 48 hours during working days, but it can take a bit longer if you purchase during weekends as we're not available Wink
