How do I access Chat Logs?

Hi, I've had spam posting from another forum abusing my chatbox, my members demanded I report them to their host.

Their host have asked for Raw Chat Logs, how do I access these please?

There is no full record of the chat. You can see a short list by click Archive.

And thats not Raw evidence, so basically I can't provide any?

Would be best for your members if you told them if they see this happening to take screenshots and PM it to you.

I sent 8 screenshots and they were counted as unacceptable proof (seemed odd to me)

I guess they think you photoshopped it. Hmm. I guess there's no way to help you here. If it was very recent and not cleared, archive would work. But you've said not, so sorry.
