AP > General > Forum > Configuration > Image cell's height category/board : & Width

Set it there since the bear is bigger than default. That will make it's cell bigger and fix the text aligment.

What I don't understand what to set them as they are both set to 42 already. :/

It's to small. It should be 96x84 or bigger.

As Mathias said 96px × 84px or bigger since the bear is preety big.
