I run a reasonably new forum http://rodsreelscarpforum.forumotion.com & my "most users online" count at the bottom of my homepage seems to have stuck it's been saying 7 since late october but I know for a fact we have had about 12 members online at the same time scratch

anyone with any ideas as to how to resolve this please Very Happy

I think you can't replace it. It change itself.

You can try resetting it to zero, it might start working again. Admin > General > Configuration,in misc box, reset it.
