Chat issues

Hi i just made a forum and switched the chat facility on . It always says " You Are Disconected" , how do i sort this problem out so my forum members can chat.?

You have to signed in. On the Top Right Hand corner it say Login
You cant make it automate sign in.

He means to sign in in the CHATBOX, not on your FORUM.

this is a common problem about our cbox hir, i hope admining will find a way to make it automatic log in so dat no more disconnected and avoid others from being confused
