Homepage title code

Hi Guys

On my hopepage I have the box at the top saying 'click here to join' - next to that I want to put code it but because I already have writing in there it doesnt work

without the writing there it works

What do I need to do to make this work

I think I can get your question.
Admin panel > Styles > Header > ( Scroll all the way down) Add A Link > Picture Select ( Images location ) > Redirection URL ( your Register page's URL ) > Alternative ( just type in Click here to registers or Register)
